KPI Dashboard is a controlling software package with elements of a Business Intelligence tool designed for automatic gathering and visual presentation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for increasing business efficiency and profitability of service providers such as ISPs, MSPs, internal IT departments, telco operators and others. |

KPI visualization
- Rich KPI visualization capabilities via a wide range of diagrams and analyses (e.g. pie charts, bars, tables, areas, 3D and more).
- Interactive drill-down of visualized data.

Data collection

Technology and system requirements
The KPI Dashboard has been implemented as a three-tier Java Enterprise application using Adobe Flex Rich Internet technology as the front end.
KPI Dashboard has been tested in both open source and commercial application server environments including 32 and 64 bit versions of the following servers running on Windows XP, Vista, 7, RedHat Linux, CentOS, SuSE Linux, Sun Solaris and IBM AIX:
- Open source: Apache Tomcat and JBoss.
- Commercial: IBM WebSphere, Oracle and Sun.

- Open source and free: MySQL, Oracle Express.

In order to store KPI data (e.g. facts, dimensions), the KPI Dashboard can use one of the following databases (either directly utilizing data warehouse capabilities, or via SQL emulation):
