KPI Dashboard
Overview
KPI Dashboard enables managers to monitor OSS/BSS performance. Unlike analytical features in individual OSS/BSS applications which present only current indicator values, the KPI Dashboard takes snapshots of their values and stores them in a data warehouse. The OSS/BSS Suite has been implemented as a collection of web-service interconnected, three-tier Java Enterprise applications using Adobe Flex Rich Internet technology as the front end.
OSS/BSS Suite has been tested in both open source and commercial application server environments including 32 and 64 bit versions of:
- Open source: Apache Tomcat and JBOSS.
- Commercial: IBM WebSphere, Oracle and Sun.
OSS/BSS Suite has been successfully deployed on the following platforms:
- Open source: Linux and Open Solaris.
- Commercial: Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, Windows, IBM AS/400 and Linux.
OSS/BSS Suite supports both open source and commercial databases including:
- Open source and free: MySQL, Oracle Express.
