Training

User training: One day training intended for system end-users, such as NOC personnel. The scope covers: general introduction, active monitoring, passive monitoring, discovery, counters, sensors, alarms, events, notifications, reports and other NMS & APM functionalities required for a day-to-day-system use.

Administrator training: One day training providing a deep dive into Verax NMS & APM functionalities for an administrator performing: initial system setup, discovery, fine tuning, maintenance and advanced administration/configuration of the system (e.g. event processing, rules, advanced active monitoring).
Trainees must complete the User Training as a prerequisite.

Plugin development training: A five day training for software developers covering all aspects of NMS & APM extension plugin development. This training is intended for organizations who purchased the Software Development Kit, and need to develop highly specialized/custom device plugins (e.g. using non-standard communication protocols or interfaces).

User training: A one day training for system end-users, covering general introduction, working with incidents, working with SLAs, change management, calendar, incident workflow configuration, SLA definition, configuration for use with Verax NMS & APM.

User training: Two day training intended for system end-users, such as NOC personnel. The scope covers combined user trainings for NMS & APM and Service Desk.

Administrator training: One day deep dive into Verax NMS & APM and Service Desk functionalities for an administrator performing initial setup, fine tuning, maintenance and advanced administration and configuration (e.g. ensuring SLA compliance for monitored applications/devices).
Trainees must complete the User Training as a prerequisite.
