One day training providing a deep dive into Verax NMS & APM functionalities for an administrator
performing: initial system setup, discovery, fine tuning, maintenance and advanced administration/configuration of the
system (e.g. event processing, rules, advanced active monitoring).
Plugin development training: A five day training for software developers covering all aspects of NMS & APM extension plugin development. This training is intended for organizations who purchased the Software Development Kit, and need to develop highly specialized/custom device plugins (e.g. using non-standard communication protocols or interfaces).
User training: A one day training for system end-users, covering general introduction, working with incidents, working with SLAs, change management, calendar, incident workflow configuration, SLA definition, configuration for use with Verax NMS & APM.
